Wow. My jaw has dropped. You've described something very familiar to me; postpartum, prolific use of social media, algorithm serving me tragedy, sliding into postnatal depression and anxiety. With my second baby I have been off social media much more, and much happier.
I'm angry! This kind of behaviour from Meta et all is so callous. They need to be called out on it in a big way, but they probably never will.
I want to print this out and hand it or post it to every postpartum mum I know. Thank you.
Yeah add this to all the warnings we get while expecting: no sunscreen before 6 months, ER for fever before six weeks, and avoid your social media feed like the plague š
